"Rich was wonderful!  He was able to help us out quickly even though it was not an emergency (he scheduled us within two days). Rich fixed our issue, and then some, making preventive maintenance repairs (with our approval) so we did not face a leak under our sink in the future.  We have beautiful new copper pipes under our sink, all placed strategically so they do not interfere with the sliding drawer, cabinet space etc. and we have brand new valves that are not corroded anymore, take up less room and won't leak!

"My grandson flushed his little yellow bus down the toilet Friday afternoon. I called several plumbers in the area. By late Saturday afternoon I had only 1 returned call saying they could come out Monday morning. A friend suggested I call Gentille Plumbing and Heating. It was not an easy job but they fixed the shoddy work done by the previous owner and we are “extremely” happy with the outcome! "Seemed pretty inexperienced (although not sure that is unique these days given staffing shortages). Didn’t really understand the ask about the bathtub drain being clogged. Did correctly fix the shower issue, but when they replaced the fixture they didn’t screw it in all the way so the next few showers let a lot of water into the wall until we realized and fixed. Overall did the job and came in reasonable time but seemed to be very new to the job."

"Jake Souza is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and accurate. He arrived on time, pinpointed the problems with the unit, and gave me payment options. He gave me hints on how to keep the unit running in great condition, such as shutting it off when the lawn is mowed, because it can suck in unwanted debris. Cover the top of the unit for the winter to keep anything from entering it. Rinse the sides of the unit lightly with a hose to remove debris from vent openings. I am very satisfied with the work this professional did on my central air conditioning."

"Very good service. Prompt. diagnosed the issue accurately. Friendly. Only issue was the stunning high price to replace a inexpensive, and very easy to replace, part. Did not get an itemized receipt so I don't know what the service call and the part breakout was. Still the bill was well over $100 more than I expected, for a 5-minute easy repair. I was going to have them do my next cleaning. After getting the bill, I will thinking I may go elsewhere. Ensure you get an accurate quote before hiring them. I do not believe they give free estimates. Ask before having them come out, you may get a bill just for getting an estimate!"
