The gentleman arrived after calling, and in 1/2 hour the job was done in a very professional manner. The problem was a hinge on the door between the house and the garage that had loosened. "It went great! Chris was on time on the day of the appointment and examined the door opener. He determined it needed to be replaced due to it's age and gave us a very good price. We agreed and he started to work on it immediately. The installation went very quick and afterwards he took a lot of time to explain the different operations. He even helped me program the transmitter in my car. He cleaned everything up and also took the old opener away. We've always had Alert Door work on our garage door problems. I would highly recommend them."
