"The process was thoroughly explained during the site visit for the quote. They were very clear and up front about what had caused our floors looked so bad, the amount of work that would be needed, what they could and could not repair, and how we could take care of the stone to keep it looking nice fro a long time to come. The price was higher than we expected, but there was more work than we expected as well. We have travertine floors in every square inch of our house, and an improper sealant that was trapping dirt first had to be stripped off. The work team was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. There were many bad spots on our floors where they pretty much worked miracles to make it look nice. Our floors were previously dull, dingy, and looked dirty no matter what we did to clean them. Now they are polished and shiny, and they look clean. Ugly cracks, chips and other damage are filled in, color matched and are barely noticeable. In the showers, they cleaned and sealed the stone, fixed places where the grout had cracked away, and filled holes in the stone that were previously very difficult to clean. They gave us a lot of information about how to better care for the stone floors and showers, and also left us with the proper cleaning supplies to do that."

"I developed a crack in my granite along my sink edge and the options were replacing that segment of granite or repair. I was fortunate in finding Mirage Marble and Granite on Angie’s List. They had rave reviews from every customer. I called BJ the owner and he promptly scheduled an appointment to come and look at it and give me an estimate. On arrival, he told me that the L-shaped segment of granite which included the sink would have to be replaced. He also gave me the option of a repair and recommended someone who could do it. I opted out of repair since I had not been impressed with what I had read on line about it. He then expertly took measurements which I discovered at install were very accurate despite the short time it took him to make them. He gave me a very reasonable install date. He wrote me an invoice, which included a possible repair of the first layer of the backsplash if needed, but assured me that they would try to keep the backsplash intact and if they did that would not be included in the final invoice. On the install date his crew arrived within the window of time he had given me. They very efficiently accomplished the install of the granite and new sink. The slab along the backsplash was removed without any damage to the small tiles used in the backsplash! The end result was a beautifully finished new segment of granite that could not be distinguished from the rest. I was very impressed by BJ’s professionalism and perfectionistic approach to his craft, which was also reflected in his work team's approach. The price paid was very competitive with other quotes. I was surprised and overwhelmed when they also left we a beautifully crafted cutting board to match my granite. I would highly recommend Mirage Marble and Granite for installation of Granite Countertops. They do a class job."

"I met with Paul and told him what my idea was for the remodel of my master bath. We discussed my plan and he advised me from there. From the very beginning, he told me what to expect along the way and everything went according to plan. Paul works by himself so the job took a little longer than it would have with a crew but he is a perfectionist and very talented at his trade so having the job take a little bit longer was not an issue for us. I asked him for his opinion many times along the way and I was very glad that I took his advice. When we didn't know who to use for a plumber, Paul suggested a guy that he works with often and the plumber turned out to be a great plumber with reasonable prices and one we will continue to use. When we weren't sure about who to use for the glass, he suggested someone he had worked with and again, we will continue to use them too. <br /> Paul is one of those guys with an old fashioned work ethic. He comes at the same time everyday and works hard with little to no breaks. He takes great pride in his trade and has a vast amount of knowledge in many areas of construction. <br /> If you are looking for someone to do any type of tile or masonry work…you have found your guy.
