They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."

"I already gave American Home Pros a 5-star review when they completed the job, which also included extensive stucco repair and replacement of rotten wood. Now, I want to praise their exceptional customer service. About 3 months after completion something happened to damage some of our paint. It was not a warranty issue, but American Home Pros immediately responded to my plea to have a technician complete the repair, so that we could maintain the high quality exterior they had given us. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"The job was completed with minimal interruption to our normal routine. At the end of each day our yard was left clean. All work was completed to the specifications indicated on the contract. The new roof looked good, and we are sure it will keep or house dry from any rain or monsoon activity. We would recommend their service to anyone needing roof replacement."

"I did all of the research on how the best roofers rebuild roofs in Phoenix to stand up to the temperature extremes that the valley experiences.  We had a 20 year old tile roof that had a few leaks and also a new patio addition that was being built.  I called eight five-star roofers based upon AL reviews and the information on their websites.  Two never returned a bid with their estimates, and two bid based upon reusing the old metal work and replacing a very small number of broken tiles, which could lead to significant up charges by the time the job was done.  They also were going to re-roof over the old paper, meaning that there would be no inspection of the wood decking.  Of the remaining three, only Express Roofing provided a detailed bid spelling out everything that they would do and had a better warranty than all of the others.  The other roofers excluded items such a sealants from their warranty.  Express was the mid range bid (bids ranged from $15,600 to $25,500) and had no problem working with the contractor's schedule that was framing out the new patio addition.  The quality and attention to detail was worth the price.
When the framing was completed and approved by the building inspector, Express quickly scheduled a crew and went to work. They showed up early every morning and worked all day in 100+ degree heat.  What impressed me was that they payed attention to the smallest of details, like completely covering and uncovering our pool every day, covering the plants and shrubs to keep the dust and debris off of them, and even sweeping for dropped nails with a magnetic sweeper.  They also use some techniques unique to Express to protect your roof like adding an extra rubber membrane in the valleys and using clips rather than nailing through the valley metal.  The six day job included touch up painting and painting all of the new metal work to match the existing paint or the roof tile itself.  All of the wood damaged from leaks (there were about a dozen and most were not even known about...yet) was replaced with new.  They even blow off all of the dust from the tile cutting so that you are left with clean roof for that first rain storm.  And as this process goes on, Rene will email you pictures of the work and what they find.  Simply amazing attention to detail!
My roof tiles and ridge tiles are now all straight and even and the roof looks beautiful.  I highly recommend Express Roofing.
