"We recently needed our Bosch Dishwasher to undergo some serious repair work. Bad hoses, some new parts for the pump and it all had to be done with it removed from its little cubby hole under the kitchen counter. Replacing the 4-year-old dishwasher was not a financial option. This, low decibel, (40) model, sells in the vicinity of too much. $1400 plus. It is extremely quiet, very efficient, and appreciated, considering our family TV viewing area is basically in the same room, the Family Room being open to the Kitchen Area. I contacted three appliance services. Only one responded. Russel’s Appliance Service. In this case the “right” one. We set up an appointment, he was right on time. The estimate for repair, parts replacement and labor was exceptionally reasonable and well within the scope of practical. That was after nearly three labor hours to remove the unit. With a tremendous amount of efficiency, cautious and careful manipulation, and a couple of bushels of patience he was able to get the dishwasher out. The cabinet installers did not correctly attach it to the cabinets, and it was installed by the previous owners before the hardwood flooring was installed in the kitchen. Meaning it sat on the subfloor. Which made it quite a task to remove. Parts had to be ordered and two trips later Mr. Russell, again delving into those patience bushels, was able to make the necessary repairs and re-installed the dishwasher into its cubby hole…correctly. If you need service or repair work, dishwasher in our case, we would not hesitate to contact it needed for stove or refrigerator, you need to call Russel Appliance Service."

"Our washing machine broke down on Saturday afternoon -- why do appliances always break on the weekend? -- and it is no longer covered by warranty. We had used A & S before and were very satisfied with their service so we thought we would try them again.  We called them early Monday morning and they agreed to send a tech between 3:00 and 6:00 that day.  At 3:00, the tech Schuyler called to inform us that he would be at our home in 10 minutes.  We showed him the washer and described the problem.  He checked out the unit and quickly diagnosed the problem as a broken motor coupler.  He gave us an estimate for the time and cost to repair and we agreed.  He had the necessary part and tools in his truck and quickly returned to make the repair. He carefully moved a few things out of his way in the laundry room and tilted the washer in order to make the repair.  All told, he took about 15 minutes to remove the damaged part and install the replacement.  After he re-positioned the washer and replaced the items that he had to move, he tested the machine thoroughly and let it run while he returned his tools to his truck and wrote up the invoice.  He also gave us his cell phone number so we could call him in case we noticed any problems with the repair.  The invoice price matched the estimate exactly, as it should.  Overall, it was another excellent experience with a very good service company."

After doing research to find companies that advertised for duct & Dryer cleaning we saw Dean's Services spotlighted in Angie's list. It was scheduled for 7/29 between 11:00 & 1 pm. The technician Ben arrived early. He was very thorough, meticulous, neat & clean. He showed us what he needed to do and what he found. He cleaned the back of the dryer & wiped the dirt on the floor that the vacuum could not remove due to several years of accumulation. Initially we just wanted duct & dyer vent cleaning. After seeing that the vent hose was crushed & leaking we decided to replace it . We had used another company years ago to do similar service & they could not compare with the outstanding job that was done by Ben. There are many that advertise for the same service but if you want exemplary results &service, our experience speaks for itself with this company. We are pleased with the quality of work Ben did.
