"I called The Driveway Lady to get a quote and ideas on how to solve a difficult problem with my concrete porch. My home was built in the late 1800s and has a large raised concrete wrap around porch surrounded by beautiful stone walls. Replacement would be prohibitive, but there were some substantial cracks and pitting. It was like walking on an ocean reef, it was so rough, and the repairs made to the cracks wouldn’t hold, but Jean determined that it was otherwise secure with no water penetration below. She suggested they repair the cracks with hydraulic cement and then coat the entire surface with Miracote to seal both the cracks and smooth the surface and protect from future pitting. They worked with me to get the color right when I didn’t like the initial application.  Jean stands by her work and does an outstanding job. The people she has working for her are also courteous, pleasant and easy to work with. I can’t recommend her and her team enough."

"I purchased an Angie's list deal of $325.00 roof cleaning services for $225.00 from Pristine Pressure Washing.
  Within 24 hours I received an email from Bob thanking me for the purchase and advising that the earliest he could do the work was May 26. I was a little disappointed that we had to wait several weeks for the cleaning because we were also trying to schedule some landscaping, planting and wanted the roof cleaning done first..On the other hand, it was understandable that Pristine sold a lot of these deals and knowing that was likely I should have contacted them sooner.
 Bob arrived on May 26 as promised and completed the job in about an hour. The treatment removed multiple areas of heavy dark discoloration/growth leaving only a few dark spots in various locations. The roof looked 100% better immediately after the cleaning and, as Bob said, the remaining dark spots have pretty much disappeared with intervening rain.
The treatment involved spraying the roof and while the cleaner apparently was applied with a pressure washer, it was not a full blast - we have not lost any shingles and not found any damage to the roof. Also, whatever cleaning solution was used, it did not spot or affect the color of our doors, trim or deck and did not damage any plant, bushes or lawn. I think Bob may have "hosed" off those areas with clean water after cleaning the roof. Regardless, we did not lose any plants, etc. 
 There were no issues or questions about cost as Bob did not charge any additional amount above the coupon cost.
 Bob's truck and tank did take up a lot of space in front of our home. That is not a complaint. If you get this service, however, you may want to make arrangements  with the neighbors.

"Pat and his team were, by and large, fantastic. They executed on all aspects of the original quote flawlessly. The ribbon pointing around the stonework, especially in the front part of the house, turned out very nice. We're extremely happy with how the masonry looks. It went so smoothly, we added additional work onto the quote to seal the concrete and touch up paint along the exterior of the house. The painting wasn't as neat or clean as it could have been - it's probably a little step above what I could have done. Mostly importantly, when we encountered a couple of problems along the way, they were responsive and went above and beyond to sort it out. I think they approached the whole project very well, and even worked with us on the price for the add-ons. All-in-all, super solid work from a super solid contractor. Highly recommended."
