"I wanted to leave feedback, because A&A services (specifically, their rep Sean) was extremely professional.  I had contacted them, because I thought that their clog-free gutter system could be added on to my existing gutter system.  Sean quickly explained that their system would be replacement for my existing system.  When I mentioned that I just didn't have the budget for completely replacing my gutters, he took the time to talk to me about what my other options would be.  He was very professional, and it was obvious that it wasn't going to be this heavy-handed sales pitch.  I did not end up getting sevice with them, but I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs to replace their gutters.  They are going to give you a thorough, honest assessment. <br />"

"I contacted Mr. Gaffney so he could work up a quote to address a leak coming down the side of my chimney into (and through) the attic. He came prepared to do so, but found that my roof was too steep for him to handle with his equipment. Here's the thing: He would have realized this within seconds of arriving at my property. Even given that, he stayed a full hour and provided observations and advice on other aspects of my chimney, woodstove and furnace. He could have simply said "sorry, I'm not equipped for this" and left (which would have been fine and understandable) or tried to sell me unrelated or ineffective services. I had done some safety repairs to my dryer ductwork; This is an area he does, he could have looked at it and said "Ooo, this isn't good, you should do X-Y-Z instead". Rather, he said, "yeah, I may have done this differently, but what you've done here is good". I REALLY appreciated his candor and honesty, as well as the time he spent to point out various aspects of the home (I've just purchased it, so he highlighted some things I hadn't noticed). He does do some minor chimney repair, but his big focus appears to be on chimney and window cleaning, as well as interior painting. If/when we need those services, we will reach out to him. Honestly, the time I spent fighting with tin snips and rigid dryer duct I would have happily paid him to do, if I had met him before I spent a half day in the basement."

"Jay Moody Rocks! I had Jay Moody install 3 Mitsubishi split AC units in 2019. I had quotes from 3 other installers and their price was by far better than the rest. On the day of installation the owner helped me go online and submit for 2 rebates I was eligible for - it took all of 15 minutes - simply awesome (btw, I know multiple people that have split AC units installed and their installer never even mentioned rebates to them). Shortly after the installation there was a leak in one of my lines (stuff happens) and they came right out to troubleshoot and fix it at no charge. This year (2022) I noticed my system was not performing the way it should. As it turns out, the repair that was done back in 2019 still had a very slight leak. Now that it is repaired my system is working awesome! I sent the new owners the "detailed" history of my service since the initial installation explaining this was the same section of the line that leaked and was repaired on the initial installation. It was checked once since and because it was such a slight leak they were unable to verify it at that time. Without any pain or back and forth, the new owners made it right! Words can't express how surprised, appreciative, and satisfied I was - it's rare to find customer service like this these days!
