"Swift services rocks! From the gals in the office to the top notch techs and I?m not surprised because the performance in charge is a man of integrity . Integrity starts at the helm! Chris Thompson went beyond his call of duty. My tenant had no heat during a cold spell and the part wouldn?t be in until the next day. Chris T went back and brought a portable heater so the bedroom was warmer for the tenant! May God bless Chris T , his family and the entire Swift family abundantly! They have installed a new heat pump , HWH, in the past plus repairs and being a member gives you tremendous value. They are all extremely professional , and truly good folks. They keep in touch with you every step of the way. I am blessed from afar that God guided me to a company of integrity through Brown and Reeves HVAC who I had for a long time until they went out of business. They were fabulous as well and referred me to Swift . Swift Services are your GO TO People!! They do plumbing and electrical as well!!"

"Because two other electricians never returned our calls and a third charged us for a diagnosis but hasn't yet gotten back to us with a bid on a situation they strongly warned was a fire hazard, I called LED to inspect and give a second opinion. They were quick, courteous, professional, and thorough. Gave me an on the spot estimate that was about half of the ballpark estimate of the other contractor I was still waiting to hear back from. When I called but still couldn't get a response from the other company over the next few hours, I contacted LED again and asked them to come and do the work. They made it a priority because of the safety issue and took care of the installation that afternoon. They pointed out the damage, explained everything thoroughly, and did a good job. Would definitely use again or recommend to friends.

"Mr. John Sherlock arrived at the time and date specified to give us an estimate. He returned the following day with his assistant and performed the job in one day. He installed 26 copper lightning rods on the flat roof of our 7,000 square foot home. These rods were connected with 500 feet of heavy duty copper cable and were grounded at three points with ground rods going down through the drainpipes into the ground. All parts of the system were securely attached to the roof. He did a neat job and cleaned up all excess materials. We were very pleased with the job him did. Since installation of the lightning rod system we have had no trouble with lightning striking the house or causing power outages or surges.

"Purchased a new system from them 4yrs ago and an electrical part failed causing the system to not cool. Service was prompt and they diagnosed the problem, took pictures, and walked me through the issue. They came up with preventive solutions too. Parts were under warranty, but labor was on me. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work. They are not the cheapest around, but very quality work. Been a customer for about 6 yrs."

"They took the time to do an excellent ]ob by ignoring short cuts that might have gotten them out sooner. While installing the first fan Scott noticed that the existing box that he was hooking the fan up to was wired in a sub-standard fashion. He said connecting the new fan to this would be fine but "MAY" cause problems in the future. Rather than risk any potential problems (to my safety) he took the time to reroute the fan to another electrical source.
Scott is very professional and caring He's very personable and takes the time to explain what he?s doing and why. Prior to leaving my home they cleaned up any mess the ]ob created. I'll be calling Scott Barnhill first for any future electrical repairs or projects.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
