"This was my first time using BNC and they were fantastic to work with. Charles gave me a fair price and answered all my questions. He worked alongside his crew on the job and the other guys helping were courteous, knowledgeable and took time to answer questions about the job as I was peeking downstairs to see how it was going. They had laid down brand new cloth runners while walking through the house, and were running a shopvac while using the jackhammer. "Len and  his partner worked on two different days and  arrived a few hours late on the first day but had the wrong phone number to contact me.  They were however able to complete the work that I needed to done very satisfactorily.  The did not have a tall enough ladder to install the ceiling fan but did return a few days later having rented an appropriate ladder from Home Depot.  Hanging the fan was clearly a two man job and they did a great job.  Although they did not have the proper ladder initially they were willing to get the rental and return to complete the install.  The ladder was huge and they had to transport carefully on their truck.  I appreciated their willingness to go the extra mile to complete the task.  They were friendly, professional and very accommodating.  I originally purchases the 3 hrs of 2 handymen services for $275 and paid an additional $175 for the fan install which included the rental of the extra tall ladder from Home Depot.  The job did take them an additional hour plus and was not an easy task.   I will definitely hire them again and referred them to my sister.
