"They did a good job of installing the openers and explaining their features and how to set up all the proper codes. There was a small problem with the installation where one of the brackets was pinching an electrical wire and causing it to short out. But after we had an electrician out to figure out the problem, T&C agreed it was a mistake and paid the electrician's invoice. Everyone we deal with was very friendly."

Kenny did an excellent job of explaining options and worked with me to find a temporary solution that would allow me to leave and feel the house was secure. Custom front doors will be built and installed later. The only problem, and this was a complete accident, was that when taking out the sooty logs to clean them he dropped one on the rug outside my door. That would have not been a big deal had he told me about it, but not telling me allowed me to step in it and track it around a bit before noticing it. Luckily it was only spread to hard surfaces and was easy enough to clean up.
