"Angi referred me to Original Screens at about 10:00 AM on Wednesday April 8 and I accepted the recommendation. I received a call from Morgan, chief proprietor, almost immediately. After hearing their standard price for repairs and replacement of screens I accepted their proposal. They were free to begin work at 1:00 PM that same day. As it turns out they finished a previous job early so they arrived by noon (only two hours after I began looking for a contractor). Morgan and his son did an excellent job. They first surveyed all of the screens (8) that my wife and I had deemed "too far gone". Morgan's review of the existing screens was thorough and he did not pressure me to "upsell" me to more expensive options. All 8 new screens were in place by 1:15 PM. Their workmanship was excellent. The price was very reasonable. We are very pleased and could recommend Original Screens to everyone."

"I hired Fast Screens owner David Mercado who meet me at my home, he showed me a video on his cell phone, explained the process and type of replacement screen he does. Then he took a look at what screens were missing and once we agreed upon a price he measured all of my windows and doors all this took place on Friday. By Monday he was back with all of my screens and put them on. They look beautiful very professional better than the original screens with the windows. David was professional and helpful, great customer service. I would highly recommend David and Fast Screens and will use them anytime I need replacement of any of my screens for windows or doors. "BEWARE !! This company is a SCAM. After signing a contract and paying $610 downpayment for getting windows installed, I also signed a three day cancellation policy which made me think i had three days to cancel. Contractor ( Daniel Khachaturyan ) did a really good job by having me sign that right away without saying that there were some exceptions in the back in SMALL letters. I decided to cancel on second day and after a week of not hearing from company or contractor , i decided to call the company to get my money back. To my surprise, the agent mentioned that they couldn?t reimburse me because ?NUMBER 17 IN THE BACK OF THE CONTRACT STATES DOWNPAYMENT IS NON-REIMBURSABLE? The agent gave me two options. I either lose the money or i can use that money for future projects with them. I decided to lose the money as i no longer wish to do any kind of business with this company. This is just to help others to be aware of this company and how overpriced their services are ($9k for 6 windows"
