Pavel from Mr P. Appliance Replied first and we texted and he camethe next day and showed up as promised. He put paper booties on his shoes and diagnosed the problem shortly thereafter -we needed a new drain pump - he ordered the part right then and came back within 48 hours and our washer was perfectly fixed!! They were great! Very neat and efficient! Will definitely use him again and Highly recommend!! 👍💯"

We were able to find a used part since new ones are no longer available. He installed the timer and tested all the functions. Now the dryer works flawlessly. We also, have a very old Kenmore electric oven with a sticky door. He addressed that issue by lubricating the hinges and did not charge us for the extra labor. He replaced the Suspensión rods that balances the washer. And once we replaced them we put it a big heavy blanket to test it out.
