Edgardo, the technician, came on Monday to diagnose the problem and determine why the dishwasher was not starting properly. He put in extra effort and showed genuine care in trying to resolve the issue. After identifying that additional parts were needed, he returned on Friday to complete the repair. However, even after replacing the parts, the same problem persisted. Despite this, his persistence and dedication to finding the root cause of the issue paid off, and he was ultimately able to fix the problem.
