"It was a excellant service call. I highly recommend D& M Appliance Repair. I was concerned that my washing machine was broken,  because it seemed too loud to me during the spin cycle. Danny came and opened the top and bottom of machine and inspected everything that could be broken. When he opened up the machine. he taught me where most of the problem areas are if something was broken. I actually felt relief when he showed me and it looked fine. I do respect he was honest with me and didn't recommend replacing some unnecessary parts just to sell something. It was during the evening and he was very patient and didn't seem like in a rush to leave. I took a business card and will definitely use then for my other appliance needs. I definitely recommend them. "

"Used Admiral once before for a Washer issue and was very satisfied. So when I had another leak issue with the same unit, I didn't hesitate to call them again. The co-owner came on time and replaced the leaking water intake valve with a new one. Unfortunately, the new valve was defective and didn't fill the tub. He tech could not find another replacement part as the machine is 40+ years old. However, a few days later he came up with a solution to the problem and returned. He came on his regular day off because I needed the washer for the weekend. He took his time fixing the initial problem and doing several other adjustments to make sure thing were done right. He even fixed the washer cabinet that had come loose ovewr time. Bottom line is the washer works fine and looks almost new again. And the price was as origianlly quoted and was very reasonable. I recommend their service highly."
