"Joe the owner of the business came to my house the same day i called for service.  I was having problems with my new 1.5 year old Samsung flat screen TV.  The sound was going in and out and the picture had just began flashing white.  Joe began testing all the inputs to the TV and determined the HDMI cable had gone bad.  We replace the HDMI cable and everything was back to being great.  The call took about 45 minutes.  I would recommend this TV repair service to others and certainly use them again if needed.  Rick

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
