"Another great experience with Vanguard. My main water line to the house sprung a leak at 2pm on a Saturday. I have used Vanguard in the past and was very happy with them, so I called and got an appointment for Monday and was OK being without water for a day or so. David (tech) texted me 30 min later and said he could come earlier on Monday which was great, and when I explained what was happening in more detail, he offered to come out right then, on a Saturday! HE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME HOW PIPES CLOG AND RECOMMWNDED 2 OPTIONS TO DO.: INSTALL A 2 -WAY PIPE TO SEPTIC TANK; I SPECT PIPES FOR APPRIX $2000. "Dons gave me a time (10am) they would show up and were a no show. I called 3 times to get an approximate time and could not get one. I waited all day and they did not show. I received a call at 7pm asking if their driver had shown up? Waisted a whole day waiting for them. They came the next morning at 7:30 without notice or calling. Their driver was professional and courteous, but there seems to be a lack of communication from their office."
