"Are you kidding me!!? Customer service and expertise don't get any better than Titan Sunrooms! From the first phone call, to special ordering the doors we wanted, to the last inch of caulk, these folks were superb! Waited six weeks for them to get to my house but that was just because I was waiting in line for them to get through all their other jobs. It was worth the wait. From the first day to the last they were always punctual and worked throughout the day. They tore down the old screening, roof panels and supports and hauled it all away. Then made small adjustments to the patio and began the new screening and supports, working diligently all the while. The crew were all very knowledgeable in their jobs, all were very courteous and enthusiastic. It was plain and simple that all of them enjoyed their work and were focused on doing the very best job they could produce. They were all about customer service and doing it right the first time. In two and a half days from start to finish they were done with a brand new structure over my back porch. A more durable, better looking, and stronger structure I might add. Before you scoff at the price know one thing, you can walk on the roof of this patio cover! That's how strong this structure and its material are. I could go on and on about this company, better materials, expert assemblers, attention to detail, customer service above and beyond, etc. It was just a great professional experience and their product is second to none. "Mr. Freeman was great. showed up when he said he would. He is specific; I liked that he tackles one project at a time. Mr. Freeman removed all wood rot surrounding the window. The window box looks GREAT! "We needed to have about 10 large windows replaced in a short time frame and they assured us that they would do it, and they did! They sent 2 very hard working capable men to perform the work. One issue was that there was a cracked window among the new ones, and a little surprised that they didn't check on that beforehand. Anyway, they did get a replacement after about 4 or 5 weeks and they worked with our schedule to get the replacement installed at our location. We will hire them again for additional projects."

I took advantage of a coupon offered by the contractor to have a new ceiling fan installed for $74.00 which was a good value, since price quotes I had received for the job from other contractors ranged from $100.00 to $200.00. 

I received a email from the owner, Sam Shorrosh, within hours of purchasing the coupon.  He was professional and articulate and scheduled a appointment within 48 hours; not for lack of work but because he was willing to come after hours on a weekend to complete the job as soon as possible if I was agreeable,

Sam Shorrosh, called prior to the appointment to confirm and arrived on time.  He wore a shirt clearly identifying the name of his company, "Help Around The House", and was clean, neat, and professional.

Before removing the existing fan Sam, after a quick inspection, ask if I would prefer the existing fan to be repaired if possible or just replaced with the new fan I already had on hand?  Since the fan was relatively new, just out of warranty, I opted for the repair.  Within thirty minutes he had made the necessary repairs to the fan saving me $180.00, the cost of the new fan.

Since I purchased a coupon to have a fan installed I did not take note of the name of his business until he actually arrived, assuming he must be an electrician.  I was pleasantly surprised to find out that he and his contractors are much more than electricians, as the business name suggest "Help Around The House", they can complete most any job a homeowner would need to accomplish around the house.

I have already ask Sam to give me quotes on a few odds and ends I need completed around the house and would certainly recommend him to family and friends.
