"He ran a calibration of the washer then watched it run a load of clothes. He felt that the shock absorbers needed to be replaced. Knowing that Samsung has had a number of recalls on similar models, he checked and found that our washer was included in that recall. He said that before we went any further, we should check with Samsung to find out the degree of their assistance and to let him know what we found. I called Samsung this morning and they are sending their service out in two days and also extending their new machine full warranty for one year from now (the washer was purchased in March of 2013 and the five year extended warranty ended in March).
