"They guys came out to install a new cooktop and downdraft vent in my kitchen island.  They were prompt and notified me when they would be arriving.  They informed us on every aspect of the installation and explained to my husband exactly what they were doing.  They were very courteous and cordial.  Very knowledgeable about what the installation and pointed out a small glitch in the compatibility of the cooktop with the downdraft vent before proceeding with the work.  We acknowledged and they got right to work.  They answered all our questions.  They had to make some modifications to the vent work.  The guys were very efficient.  They cleaned up the work area.  We were pleased with the work done.  The price was  a bit more than I was quoted on the phone, but some of that was because of the modifications made to the vent work. <br />"
