I am the only active employee in my business, however my business partner may assist when necessary! I will give you an estimate of the time and materials needed before I start. I charge $40.00 per hour (labor only) with a one hour Minimum charge. I work safely and quickly! We are recent retirees from law enforcement careers. I quickly realized that there are MANY folks that are either too busy with work and/or young families; or elderly and may not be able to attend to the small repairs that come with home ownership or property management. I can attend to all those tasks! Give me a calland tell me all the little things that need to get fixed!!
