"The proprietor said he could not do the water heater flush because my water heater has a plastic valve. He installed the garbage disposal and faucet in the kitchen. During the installation, he said I needed to have two valves replaced at $100 each. This is the part where I am unsure if the price was a bit steep since I haven't had much plumbing work done. The proprietor did give me a reduced rate for the faucet install. I gave a lower score for punctuality because the scheduler gave me a 9-1 window and the service provider had it on his schedule for 1045-245, so I effectively waited from 9-3. However, he was very efficient and professional and he even looked at my recliner that my daughter and I were trying to fix while he was there. I would recommend him without reserve if I could find out if the valve replacements were priced well."

Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. "I’ve used Drymount Air multiple times for multiple projects. They installed a new water heater, added a humidifier, disconnected and reconnected my air conditioners during a patio installation, put in new smart thermostats and various plumbing jobs. They have always been upfront and honest about what I should and shouldn’t do and given me multiple options. When is used to get multiple estimates, they were typically the lowest, I now don’t even get other estimates. They have always arrived on time, sometimes early squeezing me in during a lunch or between customers. They are courteous and during the pandemic have taken all safety precautions. "The quality of the painting was very good.  There was some very small platter on the hardwood floors, but it cleaned easily.  The ceilings look fantastic and given that they are as high as 22 feet, that is no simple feat.  Also, the painting of the high wall required the painters to remove a 12?x9? Persian rug and reinstalled it on the wall approximately 20 feet high!
The painters were always on time and very courteous and did a nice job of cleaning up before leaving each day.
We only had one issue that occurred, which was a contemporary glass desk was damaged by the painting team while they attempted to move it.  What occurred was that two Lucite clips that hold the glass panels together snapped during the move.  Mr. Pozo was promptly notified by his team when it occurred.  Because the replacement clips were difficult obtain, I did take Mr. Pozo some time to locate identical replacements.  He was successful in doing so and the glass desk has returned to its original state.
