"We obtained several opinions and quotes, and decided to go with Mark and his team because they provided several solutions for the issue: 1) Install pipe underground that connected our sump pump output to a pop-up at the bottom of the yard, so that water from the sump pump could no longer saturate the lawn 2) plant topsoil and grass, so that the water had a place to go instead of just washing the mud down the hill, and 3) redo the concrete step at the base of our walkway with a gradient so that water would no longer collect there. All three solutions worked. We have since had two storms and our walkway has remained puddle and mud-free. Furthermore, Mark was very professional. Proactive communication, arrived on-time as expected. Called before he came by. Mark proved to be trustworthy, and followed-through on everything he said he would do. "The crew arrived on time (window of noon-5pm). I recently purchased a home, which has a sprinkler system. TLC came out to winterize the system. A two-man team arrived. The person I spoke to was very knowledgeable. More importantly, he very helpfully answered the many questions I had - pointing out to me where the different sprinkler zones were, the settings on the control box, and where the sprinkler heads were and that several would need to be replaced the coming spring. I plan on using them again for spring maintenance and sprinkler head repair (unless I can replace/repair them myself).
