"The job went very good. We are very happy with the new faucet My only complaint , if I had one, would be the charges. He was at our house less than an hour and and charged $175.00. If this is the going rate for most plumbers these days then I have no complaint. There was a 10 % senior discount."

"I was out of town and my wife called to tell me the water heater was leaking from the bottom. So I called Swallow and Sons to come take care of it. They got there fast and got the job done in the same day! Reasonable rates and no BS. Aaron's a straight shooter!"

"Perfect! They replaced a broken kitchen sink faucet and an outdoor hose faucet for my father. Very professional and polite."

"Job walk went fine. Service provider was more interested in providing overall package than just the "parts and pieces" approach that I was looking for. Representative was very professional, thorough and courteous.

"Mr K repaired my Garbage Disposal. Working on also replacing the Faucets in my 1st floor bathroom."

"The work that was done for us went extremely smooth with great results and stress free."

"Greatly recommend! Here’s our experience. We had an appointment scheduled, but the technician ran outside of the window provided. They did keep in touch throughout that time, but we had to reschedule the appointment for the next day. The two appointment times that they had available did not work with previous engagements. So the owner of the company came out to fix our drain during a window of time that worked for me. He was professional, prompt, and very efficient, as were all the employees I spoke with. He was very informative and personable while working. Would absolutely use again and recommend to all of my friends! Thank you!"

"Very prompt, professional, and answered all my questions. Great communication from giving me an accurate price out of the gate, when service would be performed, and what to expect in the future. I will be hiring again should my a/c unit need serviced!"

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"It was a wonderful service. I would use them again. They were on time and professional. They got the job done in a timely manner."
