"The person who did the actual work- installing covering over gutters, worked very hard and was very friendly. The only negative is I could not get warranty information from them. That is, if there is a problem going forward, what is the warranty period."

Historical home required rotten wood replacement ? numerous locations around the house require replacement or repair of external wood siding, trim work - excellent workmanship very happy with work performed.
External Paint sanding (prep) ? wet sanding of the home went quickly and very clean - superb workmanship very happy with work
External Paint tape (prep)- this is where the project was very slow and time seem to take forever to complete ? 2 weeks of taping .
External Paint ? primer coat - excellent workmanship very happy 1 day
External Paint ? base color 2 coats - excellent workmanship took too long to complete- 8 days
External Paint ? trim color - excellent workmanship took too long to complete- 5 days
If you are not looking to get house done quickly 1-2 weeks then these are the guys for you excellent work but slow

"Jess came in to help me finish a number of projects around my house. She finished our bathtub/shower install and sealed the wall, she put in an access door for the tub and repaired a hole in our ceiling, she installed a glass block window in our basement, repaired concrete that had broken off our outside stairs, and she finished an unfinished wall in our bathroom. She helped with a few other smaller projects and did a great job with everything. She was courteous and prompt and affordable. I couldn't have asked for a better handy woman!"

"Wes was an exceptionally well qualified repairman, and went above and beyond what we expected for the repair. He was on time, courteous to the tenants living in the unit, and got his work done in the time scheduled. He kept me informed as he went, as well as providing documentation that was specific and granular in detail.
I hesitater to add his name to the rolls of what is generally uninspiring roll call of general contractors in the area, because he is far and away the best of the lot. I will absolutely call him whenever there is work that needs to be done on my house."
