"Had two installer crews come over the course of 2 weeks â  the first crew, led by Phil, did a bang-up job. Demo was quick and efficient and the windows themselves are things of pure beauty. However, there were a few items that were missed â  one in our original sales call, and one after realizing that one of the double-hung windows couldn't be properly locked. The company responded by sending out a second installer team and John and Rich did an amazing job of installing the window lifts we should have gotten with our order, fixing the lock problem on the double-hung window, and smoothing out a few finishing issues on some of the other windows. Amazing customer service and craftmanship."

"Hard to find someone to come to your home to fix a screen door when you can't take it down yourself. I called Michael and he came the next day and but a new screen on my door. He did an excellent job and did not over charge me."

"The installers did a very good job without any mess. One window had a crack and one bad screen. These were fixed no questions asked."

"They installed windows for us. We found one window that was barely cracked. They came right back out and replaced it right away. The windows are very high quality and they are easy to clean. It so nice to have the new windows!"

"Jason and Scott did a great job! Highly recommended! They repaired our foundation collapse in just a few days!"

"Errol and his son arrived on time, repaired my screen door as good as new. They were so professional and skilled, the whole process was a pleasure. I intend to use Reid services again and recommend them to my friends."

"We contacted Comfort Windows to make our home more energy efficient as they were recommended by NYSERDA.  The hiring process went smoothly.  The local sales rep came to the house and walked us through the process.  They then sent someone to evaluate our situation and make recommendations.  They then presented us with their proposal and everything was to our satisfaction.  Once we entered into a contract for services with them that ball was dropped.  We were told work would be done in the summer months, when I would be home to oversee them. This did not happen.  Apparently our rep left the company that July and the ball was dropped again.  I had to call many time and was finally put on the schedule for September.  Work was completed when I was not around and not to my satisfaction.   They could not insulate areas of the house because they waited too long and we had already received our pellets for the upcoming winter.  We were expecting rectangular aluminum soffits equally spaced under our roof line and they installed circular ones that are not equally spaced out.  They did insulate the attics well, and the bathroom fan was installed to our satisfaction as well.  The piece of ceiling they installed was cut but just set in there and has since fallen out.   We have had to contact them several times after the installation to come back and correct things and some issues still exist.  I plan to contact them again once the weather warms up so all out heat is not escaping outside.
In Summary:  Comfort was great at getting the sale, but the work performed was fair at best.  This was not necessarily the installers fault as they were not given good directions from their supervisors.

"Very professional. I'am pleased with the out come of my deck repair. I will definitely hire Mk again."

"They are a little more expensive than other window installers but they did an amazing job. They installed all the windows in our home in a day, put all the window shades and furniture back in order, and cleaned everything up before they left. One of the screens had a cut on it and the installer fixed it immediately on site. Worth every penny. The person that did the estimate was very professional and not pushy. Great experience overall. The end result looks wonderful. A true pleasure to work with."

"Wood flooring and so much more. Carpets torn out, subfloors repaired, including work at doors and windows. Impeccable attention to detail. No threshholds, smooth perfect and tight seams from room to room and door to door. I love a crew that doesn't have to hide their transitions under a threshhold. Work ethic--- amazing, here on time, every time, every day. Added on recessed ceiling lighting in 2 rooms and ceiling lights in all rooms. Brutal attic work on over 100 degree day. Seamless experience in every way. They clean up the site at the end of every work day. They haul away whatever needs hauled away. They are friendly, talented, welcome input and do what needs to be done to exceed all expectations. (there were none!). I have more jobs scheduled: decking (including relocating propane tanks), house addition, complete renovation of two bathrooms., fencing. My go to crew for everything."
