"Rather expensive but by far the most professional plumbing job I have had done. I was very upfront and specific about my paricular concerns about clearing my line and my comments were noted and passed onto the owner who very thoroughly answered all of my questions after I had already made an appointment. My drain was completely cleared out and I was shown a video of the pipe with points of concern about damaged pipes."

"We want to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Rooter and his team for the wonderful service they provided for our home. Very professional and courteous. They redesigned the old bathroom to make it more modern and accessible if future plumbing problems arise. They went out of their way to help us when we had a leaky gas pipe and that needed fixing as well as an inspection from National Grid. Hubby and I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Rooter."
