"I had a Klimaire 36,000 BTU Split-type Heater/Air Conditioner installed by Jake Prevost and an electrician. They did an awesome job. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. The installation also included electrical wiring from the fuse box to the unit, along with electric wire guard covers. The unit worked perfectly by the time they were done. I was also very surprised that they cleaned up the entire area and removed all of the trash and large boxes that came with the inside and outside unit. Highly recommended!"

From Jeffâ s decades of plumbing experience, he correctly diagnosed the toilet problem just from the videos I sent him ahead of time. He and Jeremy went right to work, and within under an hour and a half (including the time he had to leave to get fixtures at a local hardware store and return) he repaired two toilets, a tub/shower faucet diverter and diagnosed a problem with another tub/shower faucet (cold water supply issue). Both Jeff and Jeremy are knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I believe that for the work he did, the charges were very reasonable. "Very prompt. We blew our hot water heater overnight. I found "A" Real Plumber with Home Advisor. He was at the house at noon and done by 1:30 as he said he would. Replaced the hot water heater at a very reasonable price and removed the old one. Great personality and a pleasure to be around. Winston and his son Justin are now our go to Plumbers.
