Get matched with top central a/c installers in Ballwin, MO

"The salesman was knowledgeable and thorough. I did significant research and went with Carrier. I believe I received a fair price on excellent equipment. The installer arrived promptly at 7:00am as promised. He was cordial and clearly knew what he was doing. I was very happy with them and would recommend them."

"Great Experience. I was concerned about the 22 yr age of our air conditioner able to keep working and wonder if a long wait time to get a product shipped like refrigerators last year, I called for a quote and within a week it was installed and working! Installers worked tirelessly until their work was done, clean and neat!"

"We found SmartHouse almost by accident while looking for solutions to what turned out to be botched previous AC installation by a much bigger and more established company who we had trusted to do a decent job. Instead we ended up with a system that wouldn't cool the house. Smarthouse first correctly diagnosed the problem, then fixed it, and advised us on how best to heat and cool our 100+ old house. We now have a service contract with them for regular maintenance and they recently installed a mini-split for us. Their techs are great. Just the sort of people we would feel comfortable leaving alone in the house to finish a job if necessary."

"Able to install on a timely basis. Friendly, clear, and reasonably priced."

"Very good. Very professional. Explained new codes which resulted in additional parts and work to install. Answered all questions and offersed suggestions on other plumbing items to improve operation and which I could easily perform. Performed installation, tested system and verified existing plumbing continued to operate properly."

"Glen the repair man was fantastic. Installed new kitchen faucet within one hour. Quality workmanship, clean and neat. It was an honor to meet this distinguished Marine Core Vet."

"Jacob and Cody have been amazing to work with. We originally hired them to repair our stairs and have since contracted with them to install our kitchen tile floor, install electric in our kitchen island and to repair some of our drywall. Their team is very professional, their estimates are accurate and they do quality work. We plan to hire them again when we remodel our bathrooms."

"Mr. Smith was very professional with explaining what I needed as far my repair and service. His arrival time was on point which is very important to me. He also explained what I will possibly need to do in the near future regarding my system. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family members. I will use this company for my annual systems check-up."

"They were able to obtain the parts, but when I did not hear back from them when promised, I had the work done by someone else."
