"The first person came to check both toilets as neither were working. Did fix the second toilet that day but could not fix the master one as he did not have a cutter to cut the limb out. Had to come back the next day. A second person came and did remove the limb but there was no guarantees on their job even if it the stoppage wasn't caused another limb. Was not too happy about the price. Paid $165 the first day with him telling me it would be another $85 unless they had to put a camera down. When I received it was $285 not $250 for the stoppage so my balance was $120 for stoppage. No camera was used but it was another $85 to reset water closet and $140 to repair flange which was not told to me the first day. Had to pay another $345."

Our counter top for the laundry room was on back order, but Francisco kept us up to date on the progress and was installed in a timely manner once received. Francisco is a bit of a perfectionist, and he demands this of his team members in order to make sure that we were satisfied with every detail of the job. Construction is never perfect, but Francisco really goes the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. This obviously resulted in us providing him with referrals to friends and neighbors to utilize his services and expertise. Excellent job and very satisfied!"
