"The dryer really needed a new belt but the technician was sold the wrong one or at least it didn't fit my dryer. I was give no written receipt for the service. All the previous companies I have received any kind on service with have emailed me an invoice with a few hours. In this case the tech did not finish until after 5:30 pm. I don't know if I will get an invoice from K & K Industrials or not. Kenneth said he did several things that needed take care of such as excessive lint deep inside the dryer. The problem I called for was loud squealing when the dryer was running. That at least seems to have stopped. Kenneth did spend about two hours which included getting parts. My dryer is still running with a old belt after spending $310."

"Me. Arthur came to replace a damaged door boot for a side loading washing machine. Though it was the known issue, he still thoroughly examined the washer to rule out the spinning of the drum. He carefully looked at inner spaces and gave me advise of using the machine going forward to keep it running well as long as possible. I'm not used to service calls that offer such preventive advise and offer a thorough examination outside of the main issue. Me. Arthur was also extremely polite and professional. Came with everything he needed (none of that "I'm gonna have to order xyz then come back" and charge you twice routine nonsense. With Mr. Arthur, price was set before he arrived and the flat fee included everything. I would use his service again for my appliances."
