As Roberto worked on the dormers he found significant water damage below the shingles, documenting it with photos for us. Although it cost more than the original estimate to replace the flat plywood sheaths and wood fascia, it was still reasonable and the work done was thorough and looks great. "

"I needed to have a window balance replaced. When he completed the initial estimate, I needed to have two window balances replaced because he broke a second one. I was charged to the parts and labor to replace both. Costs are not disclosed. For example, I was charged $198.89 for MH.MRE.605.0100 and $115.90 for MH.MTA.000.0004. Eventually I found out that the $115.90 was to locate and pick up the parts. There was also a Service Charge. When I asked what that was for, I was told "a fee for lack of a better term." My original estimate was for $300.13 but I ended up paying $412.78. There are better and more transparent options than Mr. Handyman."

"This company went above and beyond for my wife and me. We wanted a balcony with steps but we had an HOA to go through. Shaun talked to my HOA several times and even visited the HOA property management company to drop off and speak to them about my build. His two workers showed up each day even on the weekend to get the job finished in a timely manner. The 2 man crew did a phenomenal job with keeping my lawn as nice as they could and even replaced the dirt and bricks they had to dig up for the posts. "A phenomenal recent job was done by our favorite general contracting company and all around first-class owner Tim Munson! This is our major second AES project hire and just as with our first, massive 2018 interior home remodel project, from start to finish, Tim and his staff handled every single detail to perfection. The driveway, sidewalk and rail-less steps still had the original cement poured some 65 years ago!! The cement was cracked and crumbled. The sidewalk space was too narrow and the climbing height between the stairs was uneven. AES came to our rescue, yet again, transforming these aged exterior features into a contemporary and roomy visual delight. We couldn't be more pleased! Brandon Campbell and Brandon Wheatley who assisted him, understood what we were looking for an provided a proposal to upgrade the flooring, railing caps and steps by replacing the wooden boards with TREX , reinforce the foundation of the deck and steps, and re-finish the existing railings to retain the original aesthetic of the deck with a modern flooring. The cost was reasonable and there was clear communication on necessary safety improvements required to make the deck last for a long time. Veronika as project manager ensured that the work was planned and scheduled for an on time completion. Veronika’s communications were timely and detailed. She made sure we were fully satisfied with the finished work and took the extra steps to ensure the end result was perfect.
