When they showed to do the work, the install crew was awesome! They were neat, clean, and very meticulous with the work they did. They also were very patient with all of our questions. It was more expensive than having blown in cellulose done, but the end result in savings on her utilities more than made up the difference and then some!"

"John, the guy that came out to do the estimate did a very thorough job inspecting the attic. He mentioned the whole house fan (and where to buy a cover for the winter) and that they would put baffles around it and the soffets (to keep the insulationwhere it should be), and they would fix the broken screen to the fresh air vent. The guys that came out were very nice and worked quickly, but weren't rushed. I had another vendor come out that didn't even mention the whole house fan, or soffets, or the screen, and wanted more money for less insulation. I asked him, "So you just put the insulation in and that's it?" and he said, "Yes." So I knew right then he thought I didn't do my homework about the fan, and he was out for a quick buck. He did go on about his 5 star rating on another site though, and why he was only 4.8 here. And I politely listened. I really value people that aren't just in to make a quick buck. People that "understand the assignment" as the kids say. John came out to inspect and provide a plan for properly insulating my attic, and that's what the guys did. I recommend them whole-heartedly! "Excellent! Chris Hawk is a true professional. He and his team didn't stop until they found the source of the leaking that had caused extensive damage to my plaster inside my house. They also fixed several other smaller issues along the way. On the basis of that, I also hired them to install the gutters and downspouts on my new addition. Again, they did top-notch work -- not only making sure the gutters and downspouts were properly installed, but also painting them to match the existing ones (I supplied the paint). And then, when I needed an attic fan, Chris found the fan I needed and modified it to be safely installed. Finally, my painter found some fascia on the older part of the house that was rotting, and Chris and his team came out and installed new fascia, reattached the gutters, and again painted so that you can't tell that there has been a repair. They do consistently excellent work. I've hired a lot of roofers to deal with a recurring issue that they finally fixed. I will hire them again for any future work that I need."
