"We were very pleased and satisfied with all of our interactions with Patio Enclosures beginning with our sales meeting through our project planning and installation. Our sales rep, Robert Hanna, was very professional, courteous and easy to work with. He provided very helpful suggestions for our design and answered all of our questions very thoroughly. We appreciated regular communications from Lisa Younker. She did a great job keeping us informed of the status of each step of the process. We are happy with our new patio enclosure."

"I was pleasantly surprised by how well the project turned out. The finished project truly exceeded my initial expectations. The crews were friendly and courteous and did a wonderful job even in some very difficult weather conditions. They did a roof and outdoor patio addition to match my existing home, added recessed lighting, outdoor ceiling fans, expended the concrete patio, and installed stone wrapped columns. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and would hire them again for future projects."

"We are completely satisfied with each aspect of our build. They worked with our HOA and mortgage company, who were both extremely difficult, to make my concept of a garage/shop a reality. Bordeaux has quality contractors from land clearing and the foundation to the builders, roofers, electricians and finishing the exterior. I cannot say enough good things about our experience."

"The enclosure of our patio into a four seasons sunroom went well. I would have rated 5.0, but communication was lacking after the sale. There was a significant wait time after the sale, and no communication afterwards to update us on when the materials were expected. I had to initiate all communication. We were surprised that the project manager was never onsite after the initial drawings were done, but were very pleased with the subcontractors who actually did the installation. They did a great job and very nice and respectful! The sunroom is great! One recommendation is that we had our AC company install a dustless air conditioner. We had been advised by Champion that that it could be done before or after the sunroom installation. We had the AC installed before the sunroom which was definitely the right way to do it so that our sunroom wall/glass was not disturbed after it was installed."

"I needed a 20x14 gable cover for an existing patio slab. Texas Outdoor Escapes delivered a high quality product that exceeded my expectations, delivered on time and completed for the quoted price. It doesn't get much better. Tony and his crew exemplify excellent craftsmanship. They are professional, knowledgeable, highly skilled, creative, efficient, flexible, respectful and considerate. The back yard worksite was never trashed like most construction zones and was clean and safe at the end of every day. They incorporated the patio cover into my home in a way that makes it look like it was always there. It's an addition that is visually stunning, one that adds value to my home, and doesn't look like it was added on. I would recommend Texas Outdoor Escapes to any homeowner looking for an experienced and conscientious contractor."
