"Excellent, no problems. My car was new the first year I used the service and there has never been any damage during the transports. The men picking up and delivering the car have always been pleasant and cooperative. Both Ely and Guy at United Transport has been highly responsive to my needs. I would highly recommend this company."

"It was the most unpleasant stressfull experience I ever had! We agreed for 250$, guy come out with Husky dog, was smoking cigares while working. He knew house size, was here before. After work was done he asked for 400$!! When I asked why, he started to bully me, moved big heavy card on our parking lot, then asked for 500$ , and my credit card number. He also was threatening me that he will come back and brake my gutters! Scam! Awful services, not professional at all."

"We have the house for sale in Lincoln City and having roofing leaks emergency call on Thursday he came out Tuesday first we sending pictures and his exterminator about 1000 thousand to 2thousand . After 4:5 hours works he gave us bills 2500 hundred ( that to over charging) but we asking pay cash have reduced 2300 hundred. Next 2 days we met at Walmart store paid he didn?t have receipt and warranty he said 200 more for receipt and warranty? we very upset and told you not honored with price ? we asked him for copy receipt and warranty he had go get it( M? husband texted 1 day before asking receipt and warranty) with all we don?t think he very honest in business, first taken granted of our house emergency and second don?t have compassion with community as neighbor same country not helping each other and he also lying about he said he came out next day ( no Thursday we call he came out Tuesday and we understood because weather some rain) when you business your your need to be trust heNOT"

Choosing the right Home Inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods and yes, different pricing. All of our inspectors hold Associats Degrees in Building Inspection Technology which required classes in Building Codes, Electrical Codes, Mechanical Codes, Plumbing Codes, Engineering Classes, Plan Review Classes and technical Report writing classes. All new employeees go through an extensive consistetency training program before going to work for us, so you always get the same highly efficient, educated and friendly staff who understand the key diffrnece between a minor defect and a serious structural concern. We don’t write books we write quality easy to read reports.\n \nOne thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort. If you honor us by permitting us to inspect your new home, I guarantee we will give you our very best effort. This we promise you. Anything less and you can call us below 24 hours a day 7 days a week.\n \n\nJack Applegate, CBO 503-812-9399 inspbuild@hotmail.com\nBrandon Zipser 503-931-6272 bzipser@hotmail.com

"The job M.C. Hammers did was exceptional! Great work ethics! They arrived on time, were courteous, and knowledgable about putting the gazebo together. It had a lot of parts and pieces, and they went the extra mile to get the job finished. They also installed a bar that went with the gazebo that wasn't factored in the build. They did a fantastic job. I will hire them to do other jobs for me in the future."

FAQs for shed, barn or playhouse repair projects in Bandon, OR

You’ll know it’s time for a new shed roof if shingles curl or buckle, soft spots sag, or water stains appear inside. Moss or other plant growth on the surface is another red flag that moisture has breached the roofing layers. Replacing the roof quickly stops leaks from spreading, protects stored items, and saves you from costlier structural repairs down the road.

Choosing between a flat and a sloped shed roof comes down to climate, budget, and upkeep. A flat roof is cheaper up front, but still needs a slight pitch for drainage. A sloped roof sheds rain and snow more easily, lasts longer, and often needs less maintenance. Weigh your local weather patterns, the look you want, and how much time you’re willing to spend on upkeep before deciding.

A shed roof’s life span hinges on the material you choose and how well you maintain it. Most standard products last 15 to 30 years, while premium picks like slate or clay tile can protect the structure for 50 to 100 years. Regular inspections, fast fixes, and routine cleaning all help you reach the upper end of those ranges and keep your tools and gear dry year-round.
