He said our vent was clogged and cleaned it out, also replaced the venting. He tested the machine before leaving. Dryer now dries clothes in one cycle instead of multiple. I highly recommend Lou. "It was an easy fix. Provider came out at 7PM on a Friday night. It was a simple matter of adjusting the gas valve on the water tank, with instruction to put vents on the closet doors where the unit was housed. Although I questioned the service tech about a new water  heater, he assured me it was not necessary.  I know of other companies who would have jumped on that opportunity to make an unnecessary sale, so I can't say enough how much I appreciated the honesty!
