"Horrible company to deal with. They came out to help to bring the elevator to the first floor. It was stuck due to a power outage on the block. They came out at 3pm Thursday and overcharged us overtime and travel time. As you can see from their publish hours 3 pm is within their working hours. They didn't tell us the overtime rate nor tell us that we would be charged over time.The service took under 45 minutes. Smartrise billed us for two hours at 454.00 an hour, total 908.00. When I spoke to Art at the company trying to discuss the proper amount for this service, he used profanity and name calling. Art hung up on me rather than communicate."

"When I called Rich Daugherty at System Pavers a few weeks ago with a very unusual issue, he sent Harley Waycasy over immediately. Harley assisted in saving my artificial grass from being damaged by a possible action of DWP. Everything has been worked out over time. Harley kept checking in to see what was happening. He returned when appropriate and reinstalled my artificial grass. It looks beautiful. I would have been lost without these two individuals. Much thanks to System Pavers, Rich and Harley. Great job!"

"Practically begged this contractor to do my job, kept getting put off. Finally got him to show up for an estimate. A week later, when I still hadn't received the estimate, I had to call and follow up. We agreed on a price. The day he was to start, he showed up (late) and wanted over 50% of the estimate. I pointed out that the State Contractor's Licensing Board allows up to 10% of the job. Things went downhill after that. He became very confused about the job itself (though we'd been over it twice) and said he would return the following day. He never did and that was fine with me, but a colossal waste of my time. I encourage you to not waste yours and call another contractor."
