"We purchased the Big Deal to have the Bathroom design.  They came and did the design as expected.  The person they sent out did not sit well with us, and we will not have them back.  We have spoken directly with the provider about the issue.  Additionally, their estimate to do the work was significantly higher than others.  
The 3-D design and ideas they gave us were nice.  I would not use the provider for anything else

"He was meticulous with repairing my oven. He came in and tested everything. He cleaned up, and he really knew the work with repairing the oven. He finished the work quickly and thoroughly and now I can bake cookies!"

"I hired Yari based on positive Angie's List reviews.  Overall, I'd give him a luke warm rating, and MIGHT use him again, though would probably investigate some other options first.  The work done overall was good, however...

The clean-up was poor.  There was a LOT of small broken tile bits and dust left over after they replaced the kitchen tiles.  I have cats (as they saw), and they could have very easily tracked sharp small bits of broken tile on their paws from the loads of it left on the kitchen floor and in the grooves where the grout is.  When they repaired the broken stucco outside, they left dust and debris at the site and obviously threw the remaining water/plaster/mortar/whatever mix through a fence and into my neighbor's yard (am going to try and attach pix - I think I can do that here).  The price he quoted me was for parts and labor ASSUMING I had all those parts already.  I had to go myself with one of his workers to a nearby plumbing supply store to pick up needed items.

He was very responsive in person and by phone, and very cordial and prompt.  The work was decent enough.  I don't know enough about home repairs and contracting to know how fair the price was, but it seemed to be in the ballpark. 

Overall recommendation : Proceed, but with caution, and make sure you're clear from the outset what exactly your needs are and what exactly he's promising to provide.  And make sure they clean up properly before leaving."

"The company was very great. I can say my experience with them was definitely an "A" rating. I received a free estimate from Michael and as soon as I got the price, I decided to proceed. I had an addition built to the side of my existing home. The process was very smooth, Dina kept constant communication with me and gave me a weekly schedule of the work being done. They did start a bit early in the morning but it needed to be done since I had a certain time frame. Besides the crew being there and working on the construction site, I had assistants from the office stop by weekly to make sure I was happy with the process, and to make sure that everything was moving smoothly. Great customer service from them. Thank you Dina for being great, and thank you Michael for a very well promised job. I am definitely content with my new addition!

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
