The price was very reasonable, and it was easy to communicate with Javier. We were told what time the crew would arrive and how long it would take to complete the work. After the flooring was installed, the crew cleaned up and didn't leave a mess on the floor. they are very friendly and nice. After meeting John, the owner of Integrity Plus Floors, we felt confident that he and his crew would do a good job for us.  Man, that is an understatement.  Our two installers, Raymond and Mike, arrived right on time on Monday morning and after reviewing what the job included, they went right to work on the removal of the old carpet and tile flooring. After they completed the tear down, two points were identified as being uneven in our living room.  Mike and Raymond worked hard to grind down the two high points and made our cement slap perfectly level before the installation of the laminate flooring.  Also, they were very careful while moving our furniture and never made a mark on our freshly painted walls. I have to give our installers the highest of praise as they were not only capable and  thorough, but also very polite and courteous.  This was a great experience and I highly recommend this company.

He listened to what I wanted and promised that it could be done quickly. He delivered. The worker who installed the flooring, Jose, was professional, quick and did an excellent job. We are now considering other flooring projects in the house because they were so outstanding and will definitely be using them again."

"When in the store picking out what carpet we wanted the sales lady was very knowledgable and friendly. When Mike the owner himself came out to measure and give the estimate he was on time and came in got right to it and explained everything fully. When the installer got here he wasn't even late but apologized for being here at the later part of the estimated time. He was very polite and quick and made sure we were happy with everything before he left.

He answered his phone every single time. I did not get to voicemail once. Any questions or concerns I had, he was always there on the job site to answer them and to make sure everything was going smoothly.
