The price was very reasonable, and it was easy to communicate with Javier. We were told what time the crew would arrive and how long it would take to complete the work. After the flooring was installed, the crew cleaned up and didn't leave a mess on the floor. they are very friendly and nice. "We had experienced a water leakage into our carpet on the first floor, so I contacted experts of Hometown Restoration and spoke with the owner, who was helpful and answered all of my questions. They made a schedule and arrived at our house on that day. First, they inspected the place nicely and then explained to us the whole process of what they would be going to do. It was excellent advice, so I hired them to fix our floors. They could altogether remove all of the water and dry things out, and we are delighted with the work they did. If you face any issue with fire or water damage or need any help regarding other services, I would highly suggest them. They did an excellent job, and it was a fantastic experience to work with them!"

"Wood flooring in hallway.  Carpet in 4 other rooms.  Carpet installation was good.  Wood flooring was good as well except I had some of the pieces pop up.  There were air gaps when walking on certain planks.  The installers were a couple of senior guys
who've installed for many years, however they seemed a little cocky?  Had them out once again to glue down and make some repairs.
Mike, the owner, was super and responded to all calls and concerns.  Came out during the installation and was concerned that everything meets our satisfaction.
Mike is a man of his word and represents his company very well.
I would recommend M&M, however these installers need to be more responsive and courteous.

"I called him Saturday. It was installed Thursday. Took about 3.5 hours. The owner, Mike, is very friendly, helpful, flexible and really followed thru. He listened to what I wanted and promised that it could be done quickly. He delivered. The worker who installed the flooring, Jose, was professional, quick and did an excellent job. We are now considering other flooring projects in the house because they were so outstanding and will definitely be using them again."

"John and the staff at Alden's Carpet and Drapes are absolutely the best.  They're friendly, knowledgeable and work to your schedule.   We installed new carpet in two large master bedrooms, a hallway, landing and stairs.  The installation crew arrived at 7:30 AM, moved all the furniture, including an upright piano, had the old carpet and padding removed and new padding and carpet installed and the furniture back in place before 11:00 AM.  These guys are the greatest."

"Went great. The company owner Joel is extremely easy to work with. And he promptly returns phone calls! Definitely a pet peeve with me in dealings with other contractors. His crew, Gabe and Joe were fantastic. I moved all of the little stuff and they took care of all of the large furniture. They were very careful and returned everything. Also worked very cleanly. No problems at all with communication they made sure to ask questions before proceeding if they weren't sure how I wanted something done. The last day was baseboard, they spent all day making sure it was right, looks so much better than the old stuff. Also, Gabe made a special trip for a tiny bit of corner round to finish off the bottom of one of the sliding windows just because it looked better. Loving the new floor and baseboards. The floor is the best installation job I've seen. I have just enough wood left to do the guest bathroom, they're coming back, yay! I also would like to have them redo the chair rail in the bedroom and dining room. The previous owners did a crummy job. I won't be needing new floors for several decades, but if I did, I would deal with Joel, Gabe and Joe again in a heartbeat. BTW: Gabe loves pizza. Joe will eat anything.
