"They came to inspect the problem and found I had a broken sewer line.  Originally they though they would have to break up the concrete on the back porch and dig down to the line.  The next day they called and wanted to meet me at the house and look at another way.  They looked through a camera to see where my washer water went to and said they could run the sewer line on the inside wall of my basement if it was okay with me.  This way would save me money.  I was fine with it so they came out on Saturday and fixed it within 2 hours. <br />"
