"Rob arrived as scheduled, on Friday.  He began with the upholstered furniture, determining that it mainly required "parts" cleaning--three BIG round arms, mainly, but cleaned other parts, too.  
The first arm, on the chaise, quickly came so clean it looked like new; I couldn't believe it!  One sofa arm was good, but I was outside when he did the other.  Before I came in, he had also cleaned the carpet, so I stayed out of the living room for a day and a half, just to be sure it was dry.  When I went into the living room, I expected everything to look like new, just like that first arm.  But the second arm of the couch looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all, still disturbingly dirty.  
The office called Monday morning to see how the job had gone and I reported the dirty arm, not certain that Rob had cleaned it.  She talked to Rob and called me back, saying she'd like to have him work on that couch's arm.  He was at my house again about an hour later!  He did both couch arms--and they now look great!
Friday, when he was first here, was an overcast day; the sunlight in the room on his second visit made the dirt far more visible than the artificial light that he had to use on Friday.  And who knows, it's possible the drying process brought more dirt to the surface.   Whatever, I'm now a happy camper.  Two very old, almost-white upholstered pieces are no longer an embarrassment and will serve for a few more years.
The carpet is clean but there's still a shadow of a couple of the urine stains.--just as they warned and just as I expected, as they WERE very old and had survived previous removal efforts.  But a few seem to be gone and the remaining shadows are no longer an embarrassment, either, as they're barely visible.  
All in all, I'm pleased both with the service and with the unbelievably prompt follow-up."

"The crew was very professional and polite. The crew had to correct a large hump we had at the beginning of our driveway, as well as, repave the entire thing. The owner was there working next to his crew. The end result was beautiful. I felt well taken care of and well educated by the owner as to the paving process overall. They couldn't have been more accommodating and nice from my very first interaction through to the last interaction.  They came out when they said they were going to, kept a very clean worksite, and the attention to detail on the installation was excellent. We wound up ordering everything from Lowes so had to manage delivery, in retrospect, I would have let Indy Restoration do it all but they were very helpful and got out as quickly as possible to get everything done.  I have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.

Now, that I've told you the end of the story - let me begin at the beginning. At first, one of Mr. Jones' employees attempted to clean my carpets. In fact, that's all we actually hired him to do. However, when I expressed to Randy Jones, the owner, that I was unhappy with the finished product, he made it his  MISSION to make me happy! He said his customers are his priority and he literally couldn't sleep knowing I wasn't completely satisfied. (It's true - I could tell by the time stamp on the email.)
The next day, he was at our door and not only offered to re-do the job at no cost, he cleaned our hardwoods and tile at no additional charge. In fact, he spent days literally scrubbing and buffing my floors and refused to even accept gas money! 
Service providers like this are a rare find. Of course, we all know sometimes employees might drop the ball, but when an owner more than backs up his service agreement - I'm definitely impressed. Yes, it took a few days to get through the entire project, but that was because Mr. Jones and his assistant literally "detailed" my entire home! He far exceeded my expectations, and I'm incredibly grateful - my home looks like a showplace now.

If you are looking for a top notch carpet cleaner, call Randy Jones. If you want your tile or hardwoods cleaned - call Mr. Jones. If you want your air ducts cleaned out - yep, he can do that too! 
My only warning to you - expect a man who is detailed and driven to please. He's intense about his work and his customers, and I'm grateful to find this gem. I highly recommend D&J and hope you experience the same "Mr. Clean" feeling I now have when I look at my home. Thanks Randy!

"I talked to the head lady and she offered thirty euro off the next cleaning, but I did not want to do that. It was a bit of a struggle at first I did not spend anymore than I paid for the big deal. There was a mix-up of the days. I took a day off work and they did not show up. I tried to get across to the owner, she needed to be more specific in relation to what they include in their special deal. She did try to make it up. They did not list in the disclosure what was included in the special. I think the price was good."
