Our lawn had been saturated from the rains and there was some damage during installation which was taken care of with no hassle. "Thank you Lily & Team: I contracted with MA Cleaning and Landscape to provide a hardscape solution under my new deck, including a concrete pad and decorative pebbles. They consulted with me on construction day, and completed the $2900 job nicely in 2 days. Being pleased with their work, I asked for help designing a landscape project along a 50 foot stone wall. That $2200 job was also done very well in one day. When issues arose, Lily handled them like a boss. I really appreciated her calling me directly to offer a solution. The vendor did a great job.  It was about 100 degrees on the day of installation and my corner house gets very strong morning sun.  They men worked continuously without complaint.  The services were performed neatly and efficiently without much disruption to my grass.  They cleaned up all dirt and ground disruptions after the first day's work so that my home looked neat during the 2 day installation. 

Mr. Ramos described the entire installation process and patiently answered all of my many questions.  He was also  more than willing to accommodate my schedule when performing services. I was very pleased with the service delivery and my interactions with Mr. Ramos and his crew and, of course, the end result. The Vendor even returned a few days later to check on how the system was functioning  and to install a rain sensor (a pleasant surprise that I did not know was included.) to detect when it was raining to avoid the unnecessary use of water.

I highly recommend AA Irrigation to anyone seeking the installation of a lawn sprinkler system.  It has only been a few weeks and my lawn is a beautiful and healthy deep green.

"Our driveway was big enough for 1 car and we wanted it expanded to fit 2 cars plus have a walkway installed connecting the driveway to the main walkway leading up to the house. Tillerman Gardens was recommended to me by a friend. Jesse and his crew were wonderful to work with from start to finish. Jesse was very responsive to my request for an estimate. He patiently listened to what we wanted, asked great questions to get clarity and made some really good suggestions on things we hadn't thought of (i.e. adding river rocks to the grassy part at the edge of the driveway to ease getting in and out by the 2nd car). All the members of his crew were very nice and kept the yard looking clean at the end of each day. Work was done in the timeframe given to us. We are so happy with the end result! I have been using Greenbird Landscaping for the first time this year and hired them for a full season contract upfront to receive a discount.  The contract cost was approximately $1,300 for the year. I had some issues in the beginning due to a glitch they had with their billing but it has since been cleared up and I have not had any additional issues.  Priscylla in the office has been easy to deal with and helped me sort out the issue they had early on with the service schedule.

Greenbird Landscaping has done a good job to date.  They do not leave any yard debris and the lawn looks nice when they have been there to mow.  If they put down any fertilizers or anything I always know as their is a sign they put up so I am aware.
