"The nature of the project has changed. I have changed this to a siding project, and so far fell very good about Timberland. I have had 2 previous siding estimates and they were both so much higher priced they were not even in my consideration. I will have to rate them again as the project moves to completion. This project was finished last fall. I am very happy with the siding. The down spouts that were removed and replace were not fully attached as they should have been. This caused one in the back to come loose and pour water from the top of the down spout. When I called to ask about having this fixed, no one called me back."

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
