He spent several hours showing their product, answering questions, and taking pictures and doing measurements. Very professional. I received frequent updates by phone, text, and email throughout the whole process. Any thoughts of being scammed were eliminated by the efficiency of the process. When the materials were received and checked out we were contacted for an install date. Our install was scheduled for the end of the same week. Ryan arrived early that morning and covered floors to start the removal of our old tub. He cleaned frequently and kept the bathroom door closed to minimize the dust. Ryan was a true professional. We were asked to inspect frequently. Our install was completed by late afternoon. Wow. We strongly recommend this company."
