"I had a walk-in shower with teakwood bath seat installed about 6 months ago. I noticed a couple of cracks in the wood. I contacted Jacuzzi and they were prompt to replace it. The service person (Chuck) was knowledgeable and courteous. He gave me a cleaning instruction sheet for future reference. He also showed me how the back of the seat pulls off so you can clean behind it. I'm not sure why they didn't tell me that when it was installed. Having said that, I am happy with the service I received from Jacuzzi. "

The job was started on the day we picked and done within the time frame that was promised. They arrived at the time they said they would each day and did a good job cleaning up as they went along. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. They also were great with our two dogs. Working with an older home always has additional challenges. Every challenge like an additional layer of drywall having to be ripped out and replaced correctly was done while staying on budget. They really took the time to make sure that everything was just what we wanted and the way we wanted it. I would highly recommend Romine Contracting to my family and friends.
