"This was a complex retrofit tankless water heater installation and out of 30+ companies called and solicited for this project, Brett and Dunn's HVAC was the only company to 1) entertain performing the installation correctly (gas line sizing and calculations), 2) had prior experiencing working with tankless heaters, and 3) took the time to work with me on a long list of specifications. These are bulletproof systems if the installation is done correctly and Dunn/Brett took the time to ensure the install was on point and everything went smoothly. They also installed a softener and filtration system. Everything went well from bid to install and I highly recommend Brett and Dunn's - will use again as I could not be more pleased!"

"This is a good company to deal with. James, the owner, was out within one hour to diagnose our problem. The next morning the technicians, Brian and Josh were out to take care of our drain issues. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way. The workman came on Saturday in response to an emergency call, and fixed the boiler as well as performed basic maintenance which badly needed to be done. He didn't bleed the radiators, so I will be contacting the company to make arrangements to have that techs do this as well. I would consider relying on Vitt's for routine maintenance of our heating system, as well as replacement of our water heater."

"We had Jones Air & Water come out to install filtration and replace a catalytic core system that we had installed to prevent descaling. In our situation, we had a high volume of Chlorine in the water that you could definitely smell and taste. The catalytic core system, didn't live up to the expectations and we still had to deal with a heavy scale build up noticeable on all of our faucets and with two Rinnai units for on demand hot water that raised concerns about what type of build up we were having on what we couldn't see. Everett came out and was very thorough in testing the water and then explaining a recommended solution. We finally decided on a dual media tank solution that Everett and JD installed that provides us with an efficient way to not only handle the Chlorine issue, but truly conditions the water and we're noticing all of the differences that Everett explained we should see. We are very satisfied with the whole process from the review of what our situation is, the recommended solution, the installation and the end result.
