"All went very smooth. Arrived on time and was very efficient and had it replaced in two hours with explanations of how to change codes etc. Also, added outside keypad. Was an easy experience and very happy with work and how opener works. Nice to use the myQ application to check on garage door after leaving the house. "The customer service was amazing. Not only did they check up on the appointment but the technician walked us through what was wrong with our garage door and why. Not only did he fix 2 out of 3 problem right then but he took the time to explain the new parts and life span of them. He gave us an estimated time frame on ordering the last part.
