"I am very disappointed with the auto windshield replacement I recently had completed at A+ glass. Although their customer service initially seemed excellent, when the work was complete I discovered I had a loud wind noise and other problems due to the molding trim kit not being installed. After multiple inquiries, A+ glass admitted although they did charge me $229.60 plus labor for the kit, it was not installed. They advised me "most people do not mind" situations such as this, and insisted that because I had gone through my insurance company and opened a claim for the repair, the additional charge for material and labor not actually completed was of little consequence. After a heated telephone conversation with the owner, I deeply regret having chosen A+ glass and do not believe this is a reputable company. The owner subsequently left a detailed phone message for me, in which he reiterated his lack of concern over the situation. This has been an extremely disappointing waste of time and money."

Estimates are provided free of charge and can be completed via photos through text or email and upon request, I will come out and give estimates in person. New pieces can be commissioned and personal consultation times are available by appointment. I normally expect payment upon completion of my work.
