He was able to again set up another last minute appointment and after the dangerous period passed, he was able to resolve the issue. The determination and pride he placed in his work is something I havenâ  t come across often. But he went beyond just helping fix the issue- he treated us like he would his own family and treated us with respect in every aspect.
