Apparently my computer was working very slowly and after they went through their diagnostics, I think it was a remote, I think it worked a little better but it didn't quite work as well as I was hoping. I'm not going to say it's their fault or something else is going on in the computer. I don't use that computer much anymore but I don't necessarily blame them or if there are some more issues with our computer.
